General Manager: Full time, £28,000 - 30,000 depending on skills and experience

We are looking for a highly efficient, organised, personable General Manager who can support our small charity Stitches in Time its continued growth. This is an exciting new role, joining a reworked management team. As the General Manager of our charity, you will be responsible for coordinating varied activities and people, and instrumental in the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our charity, arts studio and office.

Working at the heart of our charity, our office is within our functioning arts studio. You will be a welcoming first point of contact for staff, visitors and many charity clients, as well as also providing the vital backbone of administration. This is wide-ranging, and includes elements of charity governance and compliance, operations, HR, contracting, policies, planning, financial and project monitoring and project data analysis.

FabricWorks Social Enterprise Manager: Freelance, 2-3 days per week depending on candidate, £115 p/day
FabricWorks matches the need for skilled garment and textile manufacturing in London with the need for supportive training and routes to employment for long-term unemployed women. Since we began our production service in 2014, we have made a huge range of items, from Aprons for Granger& Co restaurant to turbans for Markus Lupfer, bags stocked in Topshop to numerous collections for Birdsong. 

We are now looking for a highly-skilled, supportive FabricWorks Enterprise Manager, to continue to drive our manufacturing social enterprise forward. We aim for this to become a PAYE post.
