About You
You will be responsible for managing the charity as a whole, from leading and implementing the strategic planning, to supporting the smooth daily running of projects, in a busy, well-loved arts and textile studio.

You will have vast experience in working with a range of people and are sensitive to the needs of those we work with. You will be able to support, motivate, inspire and empower our staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.

You understand the financial diligence needed to run a small charity, and can lead creative, inspirational projects and enterprises on often small budgets.

You are creative, experienced in working on, commissioning and/or delivering community arts and engagement programmes. You are knowledgeable about textiles, sewing, passionate about the benefits the arts can have on a range of people, and East London communities.

Kind, patient and welcoming, you thrive on meeting and working with new people. You are motivated by creative challenges. You are adaptable, versatile and remain calm and supportive under pressure.

If you have the ambition, credentials and values to help steer our small, resilient charity to the next level, we would love to hear from you!
